Helping misplaced souls transcend to the Light is something my friend, Rose Carey, does very well. Here is a wonderful account she wrote.
Angel on Earth by Rose Carey
This encounter is a hundred years in the making. “The house spoke to me”, said my friend Beth. She had just bought one of the older homes on Court Street. “There is something about it; it feels like a kindred spirit.”
She wanted me to clear and bless the house. She felt that the house had never known a moment’s peace.
My first visit there unnerved me a little. I missed a step entering the house and fell. I was entering by the cellar door, on the dark side of the house and didn’t realize I had to step down. So, I literally fell into the house.
In retrospect, this set me up for what was to come.
That day I cleared quite a few souls who had died there over the years. Each one transcended to the light and into the arms of angels waiting for them.
I was disoriented, some from the fall and some from the work.
The house felt better now. There was nothing extraordinary in the clearing that day, but I couldn’t quite tell what it was I still sensed.
In truth I was expecting something more, given all the drama of my entry.
Beth called me about a week later: the house still felt restless. We set a time to go back.
When I got there, I could tell right away that there were still souls remaining in the house. I was drawn upstairs to a main bedroom.
There was the soul of a woman crying still . . . she moved toward me when I called . . . and up into the tunnel of light around and above me, and was gone. Her sadness gripped my heart as she passed through, and then her joy when she realized she was finally moving into the light and transcendence.
I searched around, feeling for anyone else. The soul of a man approached me out of the shadows in the corner. He carried a heavy sadness, was tentative, but followed the woman up into the light and transcendence.
After he passed, I turned to Beth and said, “His was an old, old, deep grief. Like that of a father grieving for the death of his young son.”
We moved on to one of the front bedrooms. It was a light-filled room with windows facing the street. There were two children here. A boy and his older sister. At my invitation the boy moved toward me and upward into the light and was gone with the angels.
The girl now remained. When I invited her, she stepped toward me and did something extraordinary. It was as if she had been waiting for me. She moved well into my energy field and heart-to-heart, she hugged me. It was a sublime moment! One that I will never forget. And then she transcended and was gone.
She was in complete knowledge and control of that moment.
She was the last; she had waited for all her family to go first.
I still feel the depth of her heart and sweetness of her soul even as I write now. That moment of connection continues to bring overwhelm and tears.
She was an angel on earth, no doubt, who watched over that family on Court Street.
The things I ponder now are that she saw me much better than I saw her.
What I saw of her was a blond-haired girl of about twelve with long braids, but it might just have been the golden light around her head.
The whole family must have died during the flu epidemic in the early part of the 20th century.
She imparted to me a profound experience of love and family throughout life and death.
Perhaps she knew more of our purpose in life: “Be less fearful,” among other unspoken truths.
Coincidently, I feel she brings hope to us all amid Covid, through her story of courage, love, and ultimate reunion with her family in heaven.
