Two Easy Healthy Drinks for Liver and Anti-inflammation – Feel Frisky Again

Everybody is different – literally, each and every body.
But if these drinks resonate with you, give them a whirl.
See how you feel.
(Drink them for awhile, not forever. Because the body is always changing.)

Alternative practitioners often remind us that many of us have

  • a liver overburdened with toxins
  • too much inflammation in the body

Both of the above make us feel sluggish and fatigued (among many other aggravating symptoms, from digestion to skin issues).

Some people feel much better using these drinks, so I wanted to offer them to you.
Again, listen to your body, ask what it wants.

Liver Flush Drink – 1 serving (from Stillpoint Health, years ago)

Juice of one Lemon
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Cloves crushed Garlic
¾ cup Orange Juice
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Anti-inflammatory Drink – 5 servings (from Sweet Rustic Bakes)

20 oz. fresh Pineapple Juice (avoid concentrated/frozen)
5 Tbsp organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with “the mother” – like Bragg’s)
2 Tbsp Honey
The juice of one fresh Lime
1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Put all of the above into a jar and shake it up.
Drink 4.5 ounces each morning.
It will last in the refrigerator 5 days – shake before drinking.

Wishing you frisky days!!
