Vitamin C to Save the Day

Vitamin C  is what we need for Coronavirus.
Check out the new evidence from China in this post by Lynne Mctaggart.
Read how Dr. Enquian Mao had a 100% success rate using intravenous vitamin C, 10 to 20 grams a day for 7 to 10 days.
All these patients improved and lived – no mortalities at all. They also had shorter hospital stays compared with those who received other treatments.

Since the 1940s some doctors have been using vitamin C to successfully treat viral pneumonia, (which is the big deal with Coronavirus).
They have also been able to prevent pneumonia by using daily low doses of vitamin C.

According to researchers it does not have to be fancy exotic varieties of vitamin C. Cheap ascorbic acid works as well as any other kind.

Even though this Coronavirus is a brand new animal, vitamin C now has a proven track record to cure the worst of it.

I’m not a doctor but I’m going to stick my neck out and say –
To strengthen your resistance this season,
Take  Vitamin C 500 mg, 2 or 3 times a day with meals as a  preventative.

If you get sick, try Dr. Mao’s doses of vitamin C orally. He uses 10 to 20 grams per day.
You would spread that dose throughout the day.
So 10 Gm = 10,000 mg = 1000 mg per hour for 10 hours a day.
You would take 1000 mg of vitamin C every hour through the day.
However it can cause loose stools, in which case you would back off and slow down, space the doses out further.

(Caution: mayoclinic.org says in its article on Vitamin C, if you’ve had kidney stones in the past, or certain blood disorders, do not take large amounts of Vitamin C.)

Quercetin is a proven supplement for lung health, good support even if not sick. It is antiviral, antihistamine, anti-inflammation, and more. (It is found in elder flower, green tea, onions, red grapes, apples, and more – but well concentrated in the supplement.)

Dr Mercola’s site says that in addition to Vitamin C and Quercetin, “Supplements thought to be useful in the prevention of coronavirus infection include NAC, elderberry, spirulina, beta-glucan, glucosamine, selenium, zinc, lipoic acid, sulforaphane, resveratrol, vitamin D, Bifidobacterium bifidum strain probiotics and sporebiotics.”

My Naturopathic Doctor suggested two antiviral herbs to use if you feel ill:
Vital Guard Supreme (Chrysanthemum, a broad spectrum anti-microbial, antiviral and more)
Houttuynia Supreme (Asian plant with tons of protective aspects)
Both have had studies showing effectiveness on previous types of Corona viruses.

If sick – Tea tree essential oil drops put into steaming water or in oil diffuser mister –  inhale this deeply to help the lungs.

Oregano oil two drops under the tongue taken frequently have proven to be very effective for this coronavirus now, many people report.

Hydrate like crazy!
The lungs especially need good hydration.
(If sick, watch the caffeine, which dehydrates.)

Sunshine is healing, even through a window.
Be sure to get some time in the sun, especially if you are ill.

It would do us a world of good to lighten up.
What’s your suggestion?
