How to Feel Good Now: Energy Psychology!

Tapping? Yes, using your fingertips to tap on meridian points. (Meridians are streams of energy in our body, accessed in acupuncture.)
This method is also called Energy Psychology. Psychologists are using it with great success all across the country.  Another name for it is EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique.

EFT tapping takes only a few minutes to produce wonderful results, breakthroughs, even physical relief.
EFT has been documented to relieve not only stress and anxiety but also
chronic phobias, past traumas, PTSD, physical pain, illness, fear, grief, fatigue, weight loss, addictions, and cravings.
Traumatized war veterans who lived in mental hospitals found resolution and healing after just a few tapping sessions.  They released the war trauma and were able to live normal lives again.

In the past 16 years, over 100 research studies and meta-analyses on ‘Tapping/EFT/Energy Psychology’ have been published in professional psychology journals. These included randomized controlled trials, outcome studies, systematic reviews.
98% of the studies showed positive results.
Among the 400 forms of psychotherapy, this one is evidence based and well validated by research.

I’ve seen remarkable things happen when I’ve helped individuals and groups learn tapping. I’ll be presenting more tapping workshops in March, when I’ll share the finer points of how to make it most effective for you.
