June 16, 2016– Taste and See the Innermost You led by Diane Stallings
Why does meditation feel so good? It opens space inside us. Space to step back from troubles and noisy self-chatter. It builds our Inner Observer, so we can see our habit-of-mind.
We slip into this quiet comfort, and our perception of life changes.
Well grounded, we will not be thrown off kilter. No matter what may be happening in the world, we can return to alignment.
Right here, right now, at peace with what-is. We embrace ourselves exactly where we are. We each have a real place. We each bring something important to the world, something no one else can bring. We each need only to live our authentic self. Everything unfolds from this. Ultimate safety, security, strength, divine connection.
You can begin a meditation practice for as little as one minute a day.
Taste and See.
